The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company set up by the Ministry of Finance on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. It also provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable a support system that focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train-the-trainer academies either directly or through partnerships.


Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company headquartered in New Delhi. It is the largest provider of fixed telephony and broadband services with more than 60% market share, and is the fourth largest mobile telephony provider in India. BSNL is India’s oldest communication service provider and its history can be traced back to the British era.

FTTH Council Asia-Pacific

The FTTH Council Asia-Pacific is a non-profit organization established in 2005. The organization is building on the success of its sister organizations in the US and Europe to educate the industry and the general public on the opportunities and benefits of FTTH solutions. FTTH Council Asia-Pacific members represent all areas of broadband industries, including telecommunications, computing, networking, system integration, engineering and content-provider companies, as well as traditional telecommunications service providers, utilities and municipalities.


The Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC) is a ‘Not for Profit’ sustainable organisation promoted by the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA), affiliated and supported by the Confederation of India Industry (CII) and funded by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Council operates under the aegis of the Ministry of skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) of the Government of India.


The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a non-profit organization—an industry-led apex body jointly set up by the Cellular Operators Association of India, Indian Cellular Association, Telecom Centres of Excellence, Association of Unified Telecom Service Providers of India & National Skill Development Corporation, to ensure adequate availability of skilled manpower to boost growth and productivity in the Telecom sector.

IIM – Calcutta

The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) was established as the first national institute for Post-Graduate studies and Research in Management by the Government of India in November 1961. Over the years, IIMC has grown into a mature institution with global reputation, imparting high-quality management education. It has been playing a pioneering role in professionalizing Indian management through its Post Graduate and Doctoral level programs, Executive Training Programs, Research and Consulting Activities.
